Job Summary of the Sales Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales Support Specialist will provide essential assistance to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and document preparation
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support account management activities, including contract renewals and upselling opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations
Qualifications of the Sales Support Specialist

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Spanish
